Urinary incontinence

Incontinence is: Unwanted urine loss, in other words, ‘The involuntary loss of bladder control’ In the Netherlands alone there are over 600.000 people with continence problems. Forms of incontinence.

Exercise incontinence: You lose urine during physical activity, such as climbing stairs, lifting, coughing, sneezing, laughing, and sudden change of position.

Urge incontinence: you are suddenly overcome by the urge to urinate and you have to urinate very often.

Overflow or drip incontinence: You lose urine without having felt the urge to urinate. This is caused by an overfilled bladder.
