Steps in the ordering process

To complete your order successfully, please go through the following steps:

Step 1: Shopping basket
Fill your shopping basket with the desired items. Then click on ‘’Continue with checkout‘’.

Step 2: Contact details
You can choose to make a one-off order. Your details will then not be saved and it will not be possible to track the status of your order on our website. You can also choose to create an account during checkout. In this case your details will be saved. This allows you to order faster next time. With an account it is also possible to view the status of orders. If you already have an account, you can log in to your account in this step.

Step 3: Fill in your details
Enter your name, address, e-mail and phone nmuer. This is the information needed for shipping as well as the information needed to contact you in case of questions.

Step 4: Adjust the delivery address if necessary
If the delivery address differs from the billing address, you can enter a different address here. If the delivery address does not differ, you can skip this step.

Step 5: Delivery options
Under delivery options, click on the check mark.

Step 6: Choose the desired payment method
Choose the desired payment method. You can choose from various payment methods.

Step 7: Order and pay

Pay safely

For internet payments, Swaens.nl uses one of the leading payment providers for internet payments: Mollie. Secure payment is of paramount importance to Mollie. The payment takes place via Mollie's secure environment. The transaction takes place using the SSL security protocol.

Payment can be made by:

iDeal, MasterCard, VISA, Paypal. Sepa, Sofort Bnkin, KBC/CBC and Belfius Pay. The payment methods ‘paying in arrears’ or ‘paying in instalments’ are not possible at Swaens. Also online gift cards are not yet possible

Delivery

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an e-mail that we have received your order. We will ship your order within 1-2 working days. When we ship your order, you will receive an email with a track and trace code with which you can track your order on the PostNL website.

Received

You will find the packing slip and washing instructions with your order.
